"Austro Diesel would like to point out that all contracts concluded between Austro Diesel and the customer, both those in existence and possibly in the future, are solely based on Austro Diesel´s Delivery and Business Conditions as seen on this website. A customer´s delivery/business conditions or similar shall not form part of the contract, unless something else has been specifically agreed in an indivdual case."
"Possible discrepancies in the translation from the original German version are at the expense of the customer insofar as the German version of the clause in question may be referred to in case of doubt."
